Safe Teeth Whitening Method

Teeth’s whitening is the easiest way of maintaining a beautiful pair of shiny white teeth. Several options of teeth whitening are available in the market, like teeth whitening trays and gels, in-office bleaching, whitening toothpastes and whitening strips. Teeth whitening trays and gels are considered to be the most common, cheap, simple and popular way of whitening teeth.

Teeth whitening trays and gels are perhaps the most popular, effective and best teeth whitening product available in the market. It takes more time to leave the desired result than the products used by the dentists; though it is safer and cheaper.

Such teeth whitening kits include mouth trays, reminerallisation gels, professionally made dental gel and blue laser light. Reminerallisation gels and blue laser light are, however, optional.

Mouth trays are used to measure the shape of the teeth. These trays have to be put in hot water till soften and then it should be put in the mouth and bite soothingly. The trays take the shape of the teeth after they cool down. These trays should be worn for some hours a day for 3 to 7 days. However, sometimes it may take more time.

How much and how quickly a pair of teeth will be brighter depends on the strength of the carbamide peroxide, which is the most active ingredient of the dental gel.
