It
is obvious that causes unsightly staining of the teeth for the many, and so
there are several ways to achieve dream teeth. So if you are confident that
your teeth are insufficiently know you should consult before choosing effective
means of teeth whitening with your dentist first.
A
white smile can be achieved with four basic methods:
·
MECHANICAL
(whitening toothpastes abrade depositions from the tooth surface, the teeth
will have the original, genetically programmed color)
·
CHEMICALLY
(whitening gels under medical supervision, which act in the deeper layers of
the teeth)
· USE OF CERAMIC SHELLS (the
outer surface of the tooth is covered with a layer of special material -
suitable for a damaged tooth enamel, contributing to major gaps between teeth,
etc.).
·
PORCELAIN CROWNS (on
abraded own teeth crowns suitable hue are placed).
The
toothpastes are the simplest, but also the least effective method of whitening.
On the market there are many types of teeth whitening gel that promise whitening effect. Some of these do not
contain peroxide, but the whitening effect is based on so-called gentle
abrasion - they contain coarse particles and act as a very mild polishing
compound. More effective whitening toothpastes contain a small amount of
peroxide, which acts on the normal tooth brushing the enamel only briefly. The
use of whitening toothpastes (of course according to the manufacturer's
instructions) should therefore not cause any serious problems. However, adverse
effects (for example, a burning sensation in the gums or increased tooth
sensitivity), the whitening toothpaste should not be used. In case of
persistent problems, a dentist should be consulted. And mostly you must keep in
mind that the toothpaste does not whiten the teeth, but the teeth
"only" give back the natural color. As stated above, is the natural
"white" of the teeth individually for each.
