- Stop tobacco addiction at once.
- Brush your teeth two times daily.
- Use floss regularly.
- Avoid food containing artificial colors.
- Consume foods like carrots, radish, cucumber, strawberry, apples etc.
- Wash your mouth after every food intake.
- Get few drops of clove oil (or tea tree oil) and massage gently on your gums before sleeping.
- Have 8-10 glasses of water daily.
Take
care of your teeth, these are your assets, once lost, can never be regained.
Choice of using artificial whitening kits, cleaning off the stains and
maintaining them naturally is a better option than using “permanent artificial
dentures”.
